Detailed Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle ReviewBurn The Fat Feed The Muscle is a hugely popular weight loss and fitness ebook, written by Tom Venuto – which promises to “reveal the simple proven science of fat loss”. In this review, we will
examine the positives and negative of BTFFTM, so you can come to
your own conclusion as to whether this is the best weight loss
solution for you. He certainly has a lot of
relevant credentials in the area of fat loss and bodybuilding. Tom
Venuto had a career as a professional natural
bodybuilder (natural meaning he didn’t use steroids). He is also a
certified nutritionist and a personal trainer. The pictures on his website of himself show him in his prime. Seeing him at 3.7% body fat cleanly show that he must know a thing or two about burning fat and building muscle. But what about the guide? Is it really the answer for people looking for permanent, long-term weight loss? Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle weighs in at a whopping 340 pages – which is huge compared to other diet and weight loss books we have reviewed. If you're looking for a quick, light read - this isn't for you. This body of work represents 14 years of work and study by Tom Venuto. It's obvious when reading this book that a lot of effort has been put into it. It seems as if nothing has been left out – this is truly a comprehensive guide to Tom Venuto’s fat burning methods. It's rare to come across a method this complete. The method is very fact-based and scientific in its approach, although we didn't find it a particularly dry read. It covers nutrition, weight
training (which turns out to be an important part of increasing
metabolism and fat loss), cardio training, goal-setting, and staying
motivated, and much, much more. The primary focus is on fat burning methods and healthy nutrition. You could say it’s a compilation of the best bodybuilding techniques for burning fat. Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle
is such a comprehensive book that it would be impossible to review
without going into some detail. Although it would be unfair to Tom
to outline everything here (and impossible, this guide is 340 pages
after all). However, this information should be very enlightening to you’ve ever tried dieting and it hasn’t worked for you. We thought we had heard it all before - but this chapter still shed new light on the topic. Chapter 3 is all about how to determine your fat to muscle ratio. This explains how “muscle is a weapon against fat”. This is a very enlightening chapter indeed – and you’ll realize how it’s not about how much weight you need to loose – it’s about how much fat you need to loose. This may seem like a minor distinction, but when you read the book –this will seem like a revelation. Chapter 7 is all about increasing your metabolism through meal frequency and timing. You’ve probably already heard about eating 4/5 meals a day instead of just 2 or 3. In this chapter, Tom goes into great detail about why this is so. He even recommends 5/6 meals day. But what makes BTFFTM different is that you’ll actually want to follow what he says – because Tom gives you the scientific proof about why this works so well. Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle also offers some example diet plans – but this isn’t the focus of the guide. It’s more about teaching how to make your own diet plans, through a good understanding of nutrition and fat burning methods. Tom recommends a more patient outlook for achieving permanent, long-term weight loss. 1 to 2 lbs of weight loss is the target with this method. Although you can loose more weight than this (especially when you first start), you’ll also be loosing muscle. As Tom explains, you need to “feed” the muscle. Because the muscle is what keeps your calories burning and your metabolism high. Conclusion:
If Tom only cared about making money, he could just endorse some junk diet pills or fad diet. But he knows the key to loosing weight isn’t finding the right fad diet, or the right diet pill. So he's taken a risk, and cut through the crap to reveal the truth about how to lose weight. If there are any “secrets” to permanent and long-term weight loss, then they lie in an understanding of basic, strong>healthy nutrition and weight/cardio training – which is everything Tom Venuto painstakingly outlines in this book. Without making this review overly positive, this is one of the best options available for people serious about loosing weight and improving their fitness. Of course, like any method, BTFFTM has it’s drawbacks. It can be quite complex and heavy reading if you’re not used to devouring lots of information. If you’re looking for a miracle diet – this isn’t for you. There is nothing “quick-fix” about Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle. There are other ways to loose weight quicker, in the short-term. But if you’re determined to loose weight permanently, and improve your fitness – the information contained in this guide is golden, and will serve you well. Tom Venuto also offers an 8-week money back guarantee. So if you decide this guide isn’t for you after all, you can get your easily get your money back. You won’t need to give a reason, and you won’t be judged as a "quitter". Tom knows this guide isn't for everyone. Click here to visit the official Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle website |
